Donald Trump becomes the presumptive Republican nominee for President

It appears the Republican nominee for President of the United States in the election of 2016 is going to be Donald Trump.  A demagogue has once again aroused the populace to storm the castle. The country is, indeed, in a “precarious and dangerous” situation.

Reportedly, Bush, Bush, McCain, and Romney are all going to stay away from the Republican National Convention this year. Though I disagree strongly with what he had to say about the Clintons, it is useful to read the text of Mitt Romney’s speech about Trump on March 3, 2016 at the University of Utah.

Despite the warnings, despite what we know, despite his behavior, despite his blatant ignorance and extreme narcissism, will Donald Trump still win Utah’s electoral votes this year? Or are Utah voters capable of supporting a Democrat?

4 And Amalickiah was desirous to be a king; and those people who were wroth were also desirous that he should be their king; and they were the greater part of them the lower judges of the land, and they were seeking for power.
